We have a variety of innovative ways that partners can refer clients to PayPlan. Traditionally, we’ve helped clients by giving them advice via the telephone.
This has changed and we now have a wide choice of communication channels available for clients to contact us and for partners to be able to refer to us.
Clients can access free debt advice from a trained PayPlan advisers using:
- Online forms
- Live chat
PayPlan offers multiple ways for partners to be able to refer their clients for advice, including:
- Text messages
- Co-branded landing pages and web forms
- Secure referral form
We’re working with partners in the debt advice industry to make it really easy for clients to get free debt advice. Here are some examples of the bespoke communications projects we have been trialling.
